I have been an athlete my entire life. I was a competitive gymnast, soccer player and cheerleader growing up. As an adult I took up long-distance running and began getting regular massages. The results I have experienced over the last 20 years include a decrease in recovery time, decrease in muscle soreness and injury, an increase in energy and a positive change in my overall wellness. This is what moved me to become a massage therapist. My wish is for everyone to experience the same incredible results that I have!

I’ve had the opportunity to work in a chiropractic setting for over 5 years and I have run my own successful massage practice for over 5 years. My clients range in age from 9-years-old to seniors most of which lead active lifestyles. My clients encompass elementary, middle school and high school athletes including swimmers, soccer, football, hockey & lacrosse players and those in the marching band. In addition, I work with boot campers, walkers, beginner runners to marathon runners and triathletes. I have also spent time working with the FC Dallas professional soccer team for about 1 1/2 years and had opportunities to work on the Dallas Stars and the University of North Texas girl’s soccer team. All this being said, I give a fantastic, relaxing Swedish massage too!

I have two very active teenage boys who also LOVE receiving massage! I enjoy trail running, reading, movies, watching my kids play sports, which is soccer in most cases, and anything outdoors including spending time with my family in the mountains and exploring nature.
